Breakpoint Bipod Location in Ghost Recon, this is what this guide is about. If you were looking for this answer by a search, you find the right page. Keep reading below to learn about Bipod and breakpoint location
AI teammates have completely changed this game. It’s a lot easier, and more enjoyable, with those NPCs helping you out at every step.
However, there’s still one item that all players need to make the most of sneaking around bases whilst picking off enemies from a distance.
In this guide we’ll cover where to find the Ghost Recon: Breakpoint Bipod attachment, and how to use it.
Ghost Recon: Breakpoint Bipod Attachment – Where to Find it
As you can see, you’ll get the Bipod attachment from the Seal Islands province on the map. Specifically, you’ll find it at a compound that’s called Fuel Storage.
Be warned, Fuel Storage is no cakewalk. The place is guarded by soldiers, drones, and some automated turrets too. However, being stealthy will play to your hand, especially with AI teammates.
The best thing to do is to head to the northern section of Seal Islands with a helicopter. You can pick one up as you leave Erewhon.
It’s also important to have the Parachute perk unlocked, because that’s how you’re getting in.
You want to fly up as high as you can, and look for a collection of cylinders to the northwest of the location. Jump and parachute down into that area.
Sidenote
If you don’t have the Parachute perk unlocked, don’t worry. Just fly to a nearby area, without alerting the guards, and sneak your way in. If I’m honest, this is how I’d prefer to approach the base, but you do what you have to.
Once you’ve landed, take out all the guards you can see. You don’t want to get spotted whilst using your drone to analyse the area, or just while you’re aiming at another soldier.
With AI teammates this should be easier, but be sure to keep them on a tight leash. Don’t go loud unless you fancy fighting some drones.
The Bipod attachment is in this area, towards ground level and near the water. Once again, make sure you clear out all the guards, you don’t want to get spotted.
Only then should you open the crate and claim that awesome attachment. It’ll be permanently unlocked for all of your sniper rifles, which is why it’s a good idea to head out and pick this up pretty early on.
Ghost Recon: Breakpoint Bipod Attachment – How to Use it
Using this attachment is pretty self-explanatory. You need to open you menu and head to your loadout.
From here you can enter the gunsmith, and change out the attachments on each weapon you have equipped.
If you’re playing with some deeper immersion settings enabled, then you might have to travel back to Erewhon before you can do this. It doesn’t delay you too much, particularly if you have a mission to return there anyway.
That’s everything there is to know about the Ghost Recon: Breakpoint Bipod attachment.
It’s one of the most useful attachments you can get for your sniper rifles, and will make them far more stable to aim with.
If you’re just starting out in your journey with this game, I can thoroughly recommend getting this attachment early.
