Animal Crossing: New Horizons, is already a game with all the flora and fauna involved, which is taken one step further with the celebration of Nature Day. It is a special event, that is good for collecting some extra Nook Miles and awards if you participate in it. And there will be plenty of time to do it as this event will last till May 4th.

We will now move on to how you can add to your Nook Miles during the Nature Day event.
Once your recent update of Animal Crossing: New Horizons is downloaded, a message will be coming your way from Tom Nook telling you about Nature Day. If you want to get into the details of the event, then have a chat with Tom in the Resident Services Building.
If the initial loan from when you arrived on the island has been paid off, then you will be able to use your Nook Miles+ status and you will gain access to special activities that happen during the Nature Day event. These will pop up in your Nook Mile+ list.
To know what your Nook Miles+ challenges are, press ZL and click on the Nook Miles icon. When you get to the main menu then the + button will let you see your Nook Miles+ and the new challenges of Nature Day. By completing these, you will receive a good amount of extra miles, as their multipliers are higher in comparison to normal Nook Miles challenges.
This was how you can earn the extra Nook Miles in Animal Crossing. Keep checking the list at regular intervals as the challenges will keep updating. Several of the challenges will be based on the new stuff that has been added, so there will be some learning to do if you wish to add up your Nook Miles.
