The treatment of Covid-19 sequelae is very important. If not treated in time, patients will have symptoms such as decreased respiratory function, muscle weakness, pain, fatigue, depression, and anxiety for a long time.

According to the World Health Organization (WHO), the post-Covid-19 condition of Covid-19 patients is usually about 3 months from the date of infection. These symptoms usually last for at least 2 months and cannot be explained by other medical conditions, including:

-Whole body: chronic fatigue, weight loss, irritability, feeling worse than before, or night sweats.

-Respiratory system: prolonged dry cough, chest tightness, shortness of breath (especially when tired), snoring and sleep apnea.

-Cardiovascular: chest pain, tachycardia, palpitations, arrhythmia, myocarditis, heart failure.

Nervous system: dizziness, muscle pain, muscle fatigue, forgetfulness, inattention, inability to think (brain fog), headache and stroke.

-Psychosis: anxiety, depression, sleep disturbance, panic.

-Skin: erythema skin, swelling of fingers and toes, skin ecchymosis, hair loss.

-Digestive system: anorexia, sore throat, indigestion, diarrhea, gastrointestinal bleeding, vomiting, nausea.

-Ear, nose and throat: tinnitus, hearing loss, loss of smell, loss of taste, difficulty speaking.

-Bones and joints: joint pain, leg edema, movement disorders.

-Eyes: red eyes.

-Menstrual problems.

These symptoms may appear newly after the disease is cured or persist after recovery. They are easy to change, relapse over time and greatly affect the patient’s daily activities.
